Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and define manufacturing concepts and processes for new product introductions and product enhancements using DFM/DFA, FMEA, 3P, 7-Ways, and Lean Six Sigma.
  • •Own capital planning activities including CER creation/approvals, capital project timing and implementation, and budgeting/spending, supporting plant VA/VE savings.
  • •Ensure equipment meets OSHA-compliant safety regulations.
  • •Drive engineering discipline through mentoring, training, and project reviews, including PFMEA, APQP, DCP, Lean tools, project management, and simultaneous engineering.
  • •Manage and improve manufacturing standards, including machine capability/capacity, process maps, setups, quality controls, tooling/fixture records, routings, and cycle times.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Engineering Degree required.
