Assist with additional community services as needed, communicate with your supervisor, and follow core values while working Sunday–Thursday evenings.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure satisfactory completion of nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection during service evenings as needed.
•Collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep using assigned totes or carts.
•Use Butler Plus’s field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
•Safely transport collected trash using an open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose of it in on-site dumpsters, compactors, or chute rooms.
•Provide additional services as needed and maintain daily communication with a supervisor/manager.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 40 daily

Key Requirements

•Lift up to 25 lbs and use hands and arms repetitively.
•Climb stairs in apartment buildings and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
•Own an open-bed pickup truck (required at most properties) and have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance in your name or as an authorized driver.
•Use a cell phone (smartphone) to download and use the company’s app.
•Demonstrate self-motivation, reliability, and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
