Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver specialized NPI technical training in-house and at customer locations, managing classroom/lab activities and ensuring safety procedures are followed.
  • •Learn and maintain deep technical knowledge of new and improved products to prepare and present defined courses.
  • •Develop and update training curriculum, student guides, and supporting materials using Instructional System Design and coordinate course design approvals.
  • •Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting to support system repairs and ensure training systems are functional for course objectives, including safety retrofits.
  • •Support PDP/NPI phase gates, mentor less senior instructors, and work with engineering, manufacturing, and product support to review ECOs, assist documentation generation, and develop procedures/BKMs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, education, or training (or equivalent military experience).
  • •4+ years of professional semiconductor equipment experience including installation/programming, safety, maintenance, operation, troubleshooting, and repair using manuals/specifications/blueprints/schematics.
  • •2 years of formal or informal experience in education, performance-based training, or training/presentation delivery to external customers (desirable).
  • •Preferred: nationally recognized “Instructional Design” certification or 2 years in curriculum/instructional design.
  • •Highly desired: experience with AMAT semiconductor equipment, especially bonding equipment.
