Key Responsibilities

•Improve reliability, scalability, performance, security, and cost-efficiency of Kubernetes- and AWS-based microservices.
•Build and maintain observability with metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and meaningful alerting using Prometheus, New Relic, Grafana, and Splunk.
•Own infrastructure-as-code and automated delivery with Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, and CI/CD pipelines across AWS.
•Drive down toil using AI-assisted and agentic automation such as auto-remediation, self-healing workflows, and LLM-generated runbooks and IaC.
•Participate in on-call rotation and collaborate across engineering and the global Reliability organization to advance operational practices and security/compliance posture.

Key Requirements

•Several years of experience operating, scaling, or building distributed systems in production (SRE, DevOps, platform, or backend backgrounds welcome).
•Hands-on production experience with AWS and Kubernetes container orchestration, plus tools like Docker, Helm, and ArgoCD.
•Practical infrastructure-as-code experience, ideally Terraform, and modern GitOps-based CI/CD workflows.
•Experience with monitoring and observability solutions such as Prometheus, New Relic, Grafana, or Splunk.
•Strong programming ability to read, debug, and contribute to services and tooling; Java is valuable, with Python preferred for automation.
