Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience as the brand’s front-line ambassador. Build client relationships through styling and fashion expertise, drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to support repeat purchases. Manage daily store operations, including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising, while maintaining service standards and a collaborative team environment.
