Use recruiting metrics and funnel conversion insights to diagnose search health and refine approach in real time, while serving as a craft leader on the Talent team.

Key Responsibilities

•Own full-cycle recruiting for senior and specialized G&A searches across Strategic Finance, Legal, People, Operations, and other corporate functions.
•Partner with executive stakeholders to advise on market dynamics, candidate calibration, hiring strategy, and closing approach.
•Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and close G&A talent.
•Develop market maps for priority searches, including competitor talent and high-performing corporate function networks.
•Use data and funnel conversion metrics to diagnose search health and continuously improve recruiting processes and execution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 172,000 - 196,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of recruiting experience owning senior G&A searches in high-growth, US-headquartered technology companies.
•Proven success hiring senior and specialized talent across Strategic Finance, Legal, People, Operations, and other corporate functions.
•Strong search fundamentals including market mapping, talent intelligence, passive candidate engagement, confidential search management, and senior-level closing.
•Ability to quickly understand complex corporate roles across finance, legal, compliance, people, operations, and business-critical leadership requirements.
•Strong analytical ability to interpret recruiting metrics (funnel health, conversion rates, pipeline quality) and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
