Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Finance function for the Egypt Country Management vertical and coordinate with Managing Directors and finance leadership across verticals.
  • •Oversee Finance Department operations, including budget monitoring and expenditure control to ensure optimal resource use.
  • •Lead monthly management reporting consolidation for Egypt, highlighting performance/finance KPIs, variance vs. budget, and driving corrective action plans.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop a cross-country finance team responsible for financial control of individual BUs within the CM vertical.
  • •Strengthen internal controls per Group Finance and Internal Audit processes and support treasury operations and local banks escalation as needed.
