QA Specialist

Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards across production processes. Conduct and document chemical, physical, and organoleptic testing of raw materials and finished products, support laboratory testing, and investigate non-conformances through CAPA. Perform calibration and hygiene testing, maintain traceability of samples, and analyze product issues and customer complaints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep production lines compliant and report results accurately.
