Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and help root-cause inventory accuracy issues with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support operational execution across shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards for the sales floor and assist with visual merchandising and daily replenishment excellence.
  • •Work with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to support efficient store operations.
