Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end research, development, implementation, and iterative improvement of multi-scenario supply chain forecasting, replenishment, capacity, and allocation algorithms.
  • •Design and practically implement large-model techniques (PT, CPT, SFT, RL, and AI agents) for business scenarios.
  • •Collaborate with business teams with an application-oriented mindset to realize algorithm value.
  • •Continuously explore opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and manpower productivity.
  • •Advance algorithm implementation effectiveness while expanding algorithmic applications to additional business areas.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • •Solid machine learning fundamentals with hands-on algorithm experience in real-world business scenarios.
  • •Proven experience applying large models, including SFT, RL, and agents; familiarity with training frameworks such as LLaMA Factory.
  • •Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous learning and applying new large-model technologies to business problems.
