Key Responsibilities

  • •Own propulsion engines and mechanical casting commodities to execute supplier production (NPI to full production) strategies across Anduril’s business lines
  • •Be a force multiplier for the Supply Chain team and commodity strategy with ownership, proactivity, technical excellence, and problem-solving
  • •Vet suppliers’ production capabilities, factory layout, facilities, and workforce for Approved Supplier List inclusion
  • •Support Supplier Quality Engineers in ensuring adherence to part quality criteria
  • •Lead bringing up new production tooling and lines, development at supplier sites to meet performance, quality, and demand requirements

Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field
  • •6+ years of experience in supplier quality and industrialization within a manufacturing environment
  • •Experience with propulsion engines, mechanical casting manufacturing or energetics CAD, GD&T
  • •Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
  • •Ability to relocate to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA if not local
