Job Summary

Build and customize CPOS/MPOS within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce for retail and commerce clients, including custom fields, forms, reports, workflows, business rules, and integrations. Lead analysis, design, development, and configuration of POS/CRT solutions, create technical design documents, and integrate POS/CRT with other systems for end-to-end data exchange. Provide post-go-live support, performance optimization, code modifications, and troubleshooting while coordinating with architects and developers.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze, design, build, and configure CPOS/MPOS within D365 Commerce for custom retail POS/CRT functionality.
•Develop CPOS/MPOS customizations such as fields, forms, reports, workflows, business rules, and integrations.
•Create technical design documents and technical deliverables per project processes.
•Integrate POS and CRT systems with other business systems to enable seamless data exchange.
•Provide technical support for troubleshooting, performance optimization, and post go-live code modifications, and offer guidance to onsite/offshore developers as needed.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of hands-on expertise designing and developing MPOS/CPOS application extensions in Microsoft D365 Retail POS, Retail Server, CRT, CPOS & MPOS.
•Strong C# skills for developing CRT/CPOS/MPOS methods, with the ability to debug and comprehend large workflows.
•Hands-on experience with Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) and WCF Data Services.
•Database management skills (RDBMS) including stored procedures, functions, and views.
•Good understanding of OData REST APIs, Channel security/authentication, and token issuance, plus ASP.NET Web API; experience with TypeScript and Knockout binding and third-party API integrations.
