Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources
  • •Participate in joint business planning and review sessions to align Datadog and Partner technical teams
  • •Collaborate to support Partner technical initiatives such as customer demos, proofs of value, and lead practice coaching
  • •Advocate for Partners’ technical concerns with Datadog internal teams to drive resolution
  • •Analyze Partner service offerings and recommend enhancements to increase adoption of Datadog features

Key Requirements

  • •Solid technical grounding with hands-on experience of IT Development and/or Operations
  • •10-15 years of experience in a customer or partner facing technical role
  • •Self-starter with strong business acumen and ability to articulate Datadog value from server room to boardroom
  • •Confident presentation skills
  • •Hands-on experience in two or more areas: Observability, Public Cloud, Containerization, Dev/Scripting, Config Mgmt, or CI/CD
