Key Responsibilities

•Ensure onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources
•Participate in joint business planning and review sessions to align Datadog and Partner technical teams
•Collaborate to support Partner technical initiatives such as customer demos, proofs of value, and lead practice coaching
•Advocate for Partners’ technical concerns with Datadog internal teams to drive resolution
•Analyze Partner service offerings and recommend enhancements to increase adoption of Datadog features

Key Requirements

•Solid technical grounding with hands-on experience of IT Development and/or Operations
•10-15 years of experience in a customer or partner facing technical role
•Self-starter with strong business acumen and ability to articulate Datadog value from server room to boardroom

•Hands-on experience in two or more areas: Observability, Public Cloud, Containerization, Dev/Scripting, Config Mgmt, or CI/CD
