Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients in deeper conversations to identify financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations in person and over the phone.
  • •Open and manage consumer and business accounts, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, certificates of deposit, and other offerings.
  • •Consistently meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals while using lead lists, walk-ins, and professional contacts to drive sales and referrals.
  • •Partner with branch teammates and internal line-of-business partners to attract new clients and deepen relationships based on clients’ financial goals.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures; support branch operations including Teller-line assistance as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED or equivalent business experience (required) and a preferred bachelor’s degree.
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (required).
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports (required).
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing) (required).
