The Prenatal Account Executive will drive direct sales of Unity Fetal Risk Screen to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors in the Monterey region. You’ll manage the full sales lifecycle, build relationships with key clinicians, and collaborate with internal teams to tailor communications and strategy for market needs in prenatal diagnostics and precision medicine at scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen and drive market development through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors.
•Identify, develop, and manage commercial relationships with key opinion leaders in medicine and other healthcare professionals.
•Effectively prospect and cultivate new business while maintaining key relationships.
•Identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities for growth within Monterey region, focusing on OBGYN, MFM, GC clinics, and hospital systems.
•Create and implement a strategic business plan to grow utilization quickly in the geography and manage the full lifecycle of the product sales process.

Key Requirements

•Minimum three (3) years of outside field sales experience within the healthcare sector, directly calling upon providers in the specified geographic territory.
•Demonstrated successful sales track record with strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
•Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to present to internal and external customers.
•Effective time management with ability to assess and prioritize opportunities.
•Ability to work independently in a startup environment and maintain HIPAA privacy and ethics awareness.
