  • •Lead a team of represented employees in the fabrication and assembly of complex aerostructures to meet production requirements and customer acceptance.
  • •Oversee assembly of components into subassemblies, mating/joining structural assemblies, and installing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • •Ensure installations are fastened (e.g., screws, bolts, rivets, solder, crimping/swaging), and that testing with mechanical, electrical, and electronic test equipment is completed.
  • •Interface with engineering, management, suppliers, and customers to meet product requirements and acceptance.

  • •Proven experience leading projects and developing/managing a statement of work (SOW) on time and within budget (preferred).
