Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in daily liquidity risk metrics monitoring in line with the Liquidity Contingency Plan and intraday liquidity monitoring requirements.
  • •Review Group/Region IRRBB returns from offshore support teams and provide clear commentary with technical analysis and business insight.
  • •Produce local regulatory reporting, including IRRBB regulatory returns and Pillar 2 stress testing/analytical reports.
  • •Support implementation and ongoing operation of Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), including IRR buy-in and Liquidity Premium calculation, plus structural hedge disclosure processes.
  • •Support ALCO governance (ALCO Pack preparation and action tracking) and assist with funding resource planning, dividend/profit repatriation coordination, and engagement with Taiwan Ratings Corp.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in Treasury, ALM, liquidity risk, IRRBB, regulatory reporting, or balance sheet management within banking/financial services.
  • •Solid understanding of liquidity risk metrics and IRRBB concepts, including interpreting results and articulating drivers and impacts.
  • •Familiarity with regulatory reporting and stress testing principles such as IRRBB returns and Pillar 2 analytics.
  • •Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, comfortable working with data, controls, and recurring reporting cycles.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; proficiency in Excel and presentation writing (PowerPoint), with familiarity with Python or SQL.
