Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the strategic architecture, governance, and lifecycle of on-premises and cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability, resilience, security, and business alignment.
  • •Develop and execute infrastructure roadmaps for modernization, maintaining high availability and operational excellence.
  • •Drive CAPEX/OPEX optimization via infrastructure consolidation, cloud cost management, capacity planning, asset lifecycle optimization, and license rationalization.
  • •Lead root-cause analysis and resolution of complex system and network issues and manage incident and problem management processes to meet SLAs.
  • •Provide 24x7 data center operations support and oversee on-premises/cloud collaboration and infrastructure services, including directory services, email, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive (including healthcare application integrations).

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in systems cloud and on-premise infrastructure management.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • •Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and associated services, including virtualization (virtual machines and containers).
  • •Proficiency managing Windows Server infrastructure (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, Hyper-V, Failover Clustering, backup/restore, storage, disaster recovery).
  • •Experience with Microsoft 365/Entra ID and related governance, including migrations, identity provisioning, and Active Directory/endpoint management tools (e.g., ManageEngine ADManager Plus, Endpoint Central).
