Job Summary

Maintain SAP BusinessObjects BI platform stability, performance, and availability across Dev/QA/Production. Administer BO components, user access, monitoring, and patching, while supporting Windows/Linux infrastructure for BI workloads. Provide L2/L3 production support, incident triage, root-cause analysis, and schedule monitoring using ITSM tools aligned to SLAs. Proactively optimize BO performance, support disaster recovery planning, and collaborate with BI developers and data engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Administer SAP BusinessObjects BI platform environments (Dev, QA, Production), including installation, configuration, upgrades, and patching.
•Manage user access, roles, and security settings; monitor platform health (CMS, Web Intelligence, scheduling services).
•Support Windows/Linux server environments for BI platforms, including application/web servers and middleware components, ensuring high availability and capacity planning.
•Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions aligned to SLAs.
•Proactively monitor and optimize BI performance, support disaster recovery/failover planning, and collaborate on modernization and automation initiatives.

Key Requirements

•3–6 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or BO Administrator.
•3+ years supporting enterprise production environments.
•1+ year administering SAP BusinessObjects (CMS, Web Intelligence, CMC, scheduling).
•1+ year Windows and/or Linux server administration.
•Familiarity with application/web servers (Tomcat, IIS) and system monitoring/performance tuning.
