Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as solution architect for the M365 platform and Active Directory/Entra ID, owning strategy, roadmap, design, development, and implementation.
  • •Lead enterprise-wide alignment for M&A-related projects and manage complex issues and requests, recommending solution options and highlighting operational/security risks.
  • •Define technology standards and translate business/technical requirements into architectural blueprints, documentation, and analysis.
  • •Perform M365 and AD global tenant management and administration (security, performance monitoring/tuning, scripting, roles/access, and maintenance).
  • •Monitor platform performance/availability/capacity, lead incident/request troubleshooting and RCA, and provide governance and training across technical teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and 12+ years of IT experience.
  • •10+ years of experience in Microsoft technology domain including Active Directory, M365, and Exchange.
  • •Proven experience across Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Microsoft Copilot).
  • •Extensive knowledge of Active Directory/Entra ID and related infrastructure (including Entra Connect Sync and single-/multi-forest design).
  • •Advanced troubleshooting and use of ITIL processes, including RCA and operational support for complex cross-platform infrastructure issues.
