Provide hands-on technical leadership as part of Retail Life engineering teams to shape AI-led insurance solutions. You’ll own solution design across squads, deliver production-grade software, drive automation for reliability and efficiency, and champion DevSecOps practices. Partner with product and design teams in a cloud-native environment to set technical direction, align delivery to architecture roadmaps, and coach engineering best practices to improve testing, security, code quality, and overall delivery outcomes.
