Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive answer-engine presence by measuring share of voice on relevant prompts and improving recommendation performance.
  • •Conduct original research through evals and benchmarks for frontier models, open-source models, and agent harnesses using AgentMail.
  • •Run agents against docs and the site, read their reasoning, and fix issues revealed by agent traces.
  • •Improve the agent-facing surface including llms.txt, MCP descriptions, docs structure, and agent error messages.
  • •Operate the AEO content engine by steering and verifying automated page pipelines, coordinating freelancers, and managing backlink outreach and weekly action queues.

Key Requirements

  • •Build with agents daily and form strong opinions on what makes an agent-facing product easy or miserable to use.
  • •Work cross-functionally by default.
  • •Go deep on messy technical problems, preferring investigation of agent traces over guessing.
  • •Understand retrieval and how models pull chunks rather than pages.
  • •Have strong published technical writing or benchmarks, and/or experience with SEO/AEO or contributions to docs/MCP servers.
