Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead research into improving the efficiency of computer vision models, including novel architectures and improved pre-training
  • •Design and implement computer vision algorithms for training and prediction, leveraging ML infrastructure to optimize models and data processing
  • •Integrate and improve computer vision algorithms to work with other models such as LLMs
  • •Identify gaps in existing technology and collaborate with research teams, stakeholders, and leaders to expand efficient computer vision capabilities
  • •Write and publish technical results via design documents, technical reports, and papers, and represent the institution at industry conferences

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • •Preferred PhD or equivalent research experience in computer vision
  • •Experience with state-of-the-art Gen AI techniques and models (e.g., LLMs, multimodal, large vision models) and related concepts
  • •Knowledge of algorithms in imaging/computer vision/computer graphics/parallel computation
  • •Software development experience in one or more languages (e.g., Python, C++) with data structures/algorithms
