Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and facilitate PIR Network Trainings, including training content and course modules for technical assistance.
  • •Oversee the cultural orientation curriculum and conduct virtual Cultural Orientations for PIR Network members.
  • •Implement training objectives for new field caseworker staff and follow up to monitor proper training implementation.
  • •Standardize peer-to-peer shadowing and coordinate peer-learning opportunities (including Community of Practice virtual meetings).
  • •Organize and promote training resources; track completion, attendance, participant feedback, knowledge acquisition, and evaluations across the network.
Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 65,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Mature and personal Christian faith and commitment to World Relief’s mission, vision, and values.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Social Work or a related field.
  • •At least 3 years’ experience in refugee resettlement work.
  • •Familiarity with IRIS, Dynamics, SharePoint, and Asana.
  • •Overseas and/or cross-cultural experience, including experience with Preferred Communities and the PC Gaps/IAR programs or Initial Resettlement.
