Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain achievable weekly maintenance schedules by partnering with supervisors, superintendents, operations, and stakeholders and facilitating planning meetings.
  • •Produce multi-discipline maintenance schedules with realistic timelines, constraints, and required materials, tools, and equipment ready for execution.
  • •Manage outstanding maintenance work and support effective backlog prioritization to optimize resource utilization and maintenance performance.
  • •Coordinate maintenance activities across operations, contractors, and departments to meet committed timeframes and minimize disruption to production.
  • •Prepare and communicate maintenance performance metrics and key performance indicators; apply shutdown and work management best practices to improve safe, reliable outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated ability to coordinate competing priorities, engage stakeholders, and translate maintenance requirements into practical schedules.
  • •Experience in maintenance planning or scheduling within mining, processing, manufacturing, or other large-scale industrial environments.
  • •A maintenance-related qualification, trade certification, technologist qualification, engineering qualification, MMP designation, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Experience using SAP CMMS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), particularly Excel.
