Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute application strategies and service offerings aligned to business objectives.
  • •Lead the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of smart systems and applications.
  • •Manage and develop the Applications team, including recruiting, coaching, performance monitoring, and professional development.
  • •Ensure governance, operational controls, reporting, and performance management across application services.
