Trust & Risk Agent

Work on Whatnot’s Trust & Risk team as front-line support for buyers and sellers. You’ll handle inbound email cases involving trust and safety issues, de-escalate and educate customers for clear resolutions, and investigate complex, high-sensitivity incidents. Serve as the escalation point for language and culture nuance, collaborate with other departments to resolve open questions, and use key metrics and data to improve marketplace safety.
