Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the CEO to ensure leadership communication is consistent week to week and trusted as the company scales.
  • •Own the company narrative and recurring internal communications cadences that explain strategy, priorities, and reasoning.
  • •Run high-stakes moments (fundraises, strategy rollouts, reorgs, leadership changes) in partnership with the Office of the CEO to avoid rumor whiplash.
  • •Elevate and manage the editorial arc of company-wide all-hands to keep forums warm, personal, and high-craft as the company grows.
  • •Build an AI-native internal communications engine and measure understanding using lightweight feedback loops, feeding insights back to leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Be an effective strategic advisor and communications partner to a founder/CEO, with evidence-based pushback on sensitive messaging.
  • •Write exceptionally, aligning information and alignment under deadlines while keeping messages trusted.
  • •Build scalable systems from scratch with rigorous, structured operating habits in demanding environments.
  • •Be AI-native: use AI to gather, draft, aggregate, and measure, and aim to automate and equip instead of hiring headcount.
  • •Read organizations well and navigate internal pulse, context gaps, and cultural differences across European and US offices with discretion.
