Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide comprehensive executive assistant and administrative support, including coordinating meetings, attending College Board, taking minutes, typing correspondence, and maintaining confidentiality.
  • •Manage diaries and inboxes for senior leaders, prioritise requests, compose and delegate correspondence, and ensure background papers and urgent items are handled appropriately.
  • •Supervise the College Hub administration team (PAs and Administration Assistants) and continuously improve Hub administrative systems, projects, and communications.
  • •Support the Head of College and Director of Operations with project support, compiling information, writing short reports, and tracking/reporting progress.
  • •Organise hospitality events and travel schedules, including booking accommodation and equipment, managing invitations and delegate packs, and ensuring budgets are met.

Key Requirements

  • •Good all-round education preferably to degree or A level standard.
  • •Previous experience as a Personal Assistant at Director/senior officer level, preferably in higher education.
  • •Experience of leading, managing and developing staff.
  • •Proven exceptionally high-level organisation, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to work independently and manage conflicting deadlines.
  • •Significant previous experience servicing committees, including minute taking and drafting skills.
