Key Responsibilities

  • •Own reliability, scalability, and security of production application and/or platform across on-prem and AWS environments.
  • •Design and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting, including actionable alerting tied to SLIs/SLOs.
  • •Lead incident response as incident responder/commander and run blameless postmortems/AARs to identify root causes.
  • •Build and operate secure, resilient Kubernetes clusters and cloud/on-prem environments using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible) with embedded compliance controls.
  • •Eliminate operational toil by automating workflows and partnering on readiness for production, including air-gapped environments.

Key Requirements

  • •Active Top Secret clearance.
  • •5+ years in Platform, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering with an infrastructure and operations focus.
  • •Proven experience partnering with DevOps/Platform and application teams to drive cross-functional reliability improvements.
  • •Experience conducting thorough root cause analyses and leading continuous improvement after incidents.
  • •Scripting and infrastructure automation experience, including Terraform/Ansible and Kubernetes operations.
