Job Summary

Plan and coordinate production orders to optimize available capacity while meeting customer delivery requirements. Manage raw material scheduling and inventory control using an MRP system, place and follow purchasing orders, and maintain forecasts with central procurement and R&D. Confirm sales orders, prepare planning for weekly operations meetings, and collaborate daily with Production, R&D, Maintenance, Logistics, Procurement, and Sales. Report to the Supply Chain Manager.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan and track production orders per machine (extrusion).
•Create and adjust daily and weekly production schedules based on urgency, production parameters, maintenance, R&D trials, and raw material availability.
•Coordinate raw material ordering and purchasing calls via the MRP system, including inventory follow-up and monthly target stock.
•Prepare and present the plan for the weekly operations meeting.
•Confirm orders to Sales and prepare/monitor purchase order documents, forecasts, and supplier invoice/complaint follow-up.

Key Requirements

•Higher education with relevant experience in production and/or supply chain planning.
•Interest in chemistry and/or plastics.

•Analytical and numerically strong, accurate, and proactive.
•Dutch fluency with sufficient English to communicate professionally.
