  • •Architect, design, verify, and bring up HSIO solutions providing functional and structural coverage for production-ready defect-free chips and systems
  • •Deliver in-system tests for continuous health monitoring and silicon lifecycle management
  • •Work across the end-to-end workflow from POR to post-silicon bringup for HSIO functional test/DFX solutions
  • •Develop methodologies to improve and enhance designs, workflows, and processes

Key Requirements

  • •B.Tech/BE/BS or M.Tech/ME/MS in EE/ECE with 3+ years of relevant experience
