Job Summary

Drive Capco’s procurement transformation from transactional purchasing to a strategic, value-driven function. Lead scalable procurement practices, governance, and supplier performance frameworks across geographies and service lines. Optimize procurement systems (including ERP and TPRM platforms), strengthen purchase-to-pay controls, and implement contract lifecycle management. Partner with Finance, IT, Legal, and regional leadership to embed procurement into strategic decision-making, improve risk management, and deliver measurable savings and value.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead procurement transformation initiatives that move Global Procurement toward strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and value creation.
•Develop procurement performance metrics and reporting to demonstrate procurement’s contribution to business objectives and operational outcomes.
•Optimize procurement systems and drive continuous improvement across ERP systems, TPRM platforms, and digital procurement capabilities.
•Strengthen purchase-to-pay processes and analyze procurement data to identify bottlenecks, compliance issues, and improvement opportunities.
•Manage supplier and contract lifecycle processes, including contract lifecycle management capabilities and standardized supplier performance processes globally.

Key Requirements

•7-10 years of experience across procurement or supply chain related roles.
•Experience driving procurement transformation, process improvement, or procurement maturity initiatives.
•Strong understanding of the end-to-end procurement lifecycle (sourcing, onboarding, contract management, purchase-to-pay, supplier performance).
•Experience managing supplier relationships and supporting commercial negotiations and contract renewals.
•Working knowledge of supplier risk management, due diligence, and third-party governance frameworks, plus procurement technology platforms (e.g., ERP and contract/supplier governance tools).
