Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Prestige team in the daily management of Le Cercle.
  • •Help create, prepare, and run VIP events (anticipate needs, coordinate providers, manage tasting materials).
  • •Handle event budgeting and invoicing, participate in weekly meetings and events, and track event KPIs and online set-ups.
  • •Manage private client operations (invoicing, order follow-up, personalization, tasting materials) and develop direct sales skills.
  • •Assist the site lead in optimizing the Le Cercle platform (content for plugins, flag bugs and improvement suggestions) and support operational improvement projects (transport, packaging, merchandising, assortment).
