Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate the NBRC project portfolio within the BID & PROJECT MANAGEMENT group, ensuring alignment with PMO processes and milestones.
  • •Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, and dependencies; prepare and present status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams across departments to drive timely decision-making and issue resolution.
  • •Manage scope changes, resource allocation, and communications to keep projects on track and within approved baselines.
  • •Support continuous improvement of project management practices and templates used by the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in project management and portfolio coordination, preferably within a technology or defense-related environment.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to align cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • •Ability to monitor project progress, budgets, risks and dependencies, and escalate issues as needed.
  • •Proven track record delivering complex programs on time and within scope, with a focus on process adherence and PMO standards.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
