•Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Operations Development team with a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

•Lead large-scale, cross-functional and international transformation programs delivering tangible improvements across operations
•Engage with stakeholders from shopfloor to executive level and collaborate across R&D, Sales, Supply Chain and Operations
•Play an active role in the Product Group Management Team and influence organizational decisions across regions

•Experience with manufacturing transformation and CAPEX footprint/relocation projects
