Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders and track machine service intervals.
  • •Diagnose equipment issues and perform maintenance and repair across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems using independent judgment.
  • •Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment and comply with OSHA requirements (preferred).
  • •Maintain accurate daily paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders).
  • •Assist with training, and support equipment pickup/delivery; travel to customer sites when required as a field mechanic.

Key Requirements

  • •Own applicable tools for the position.
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools and extensive construction equipment knowledge, including schematics and diagrams.
  • •Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred.
  • •Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and meet physical requirements.
