Lead the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function by owning the Risk Appetite Statement (RAS) program, including defining risk tolerance, limits, escalations, and early-warning indicators. Develop and oversee the Enterprise Metric Policy with governance and controls, manage quarterly reporting and committee materials, and ensure data accuracy. Drive risk aggregation, oversee related operating plan and functional budget processes, and manage Workiva tooling for automated RAS reporting.
