Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage team members and team leaders, including leading and developing people in the unit.
  • •Set and follow up unit-level targets for each employee and drive performance through your presence.
  • •Act as process owner for safety, quality/Q-system, delivery, and cost, including SOP audit dialogues and SOP execution.
  • •Control quality, deviations, and line stops; lead or support claim handling related to production.
  • •Lead ALPS improvement activities (TPM, 5S, PRP, SOP, Kaizen), perform ALPS audits, secure capacity to workload, and drive productivity improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • •5+ years of experience in a production/manufacturing company.
  • •Relevant leadership and management skills to drive results through people.
  • •Experience with improvement tools such as 5S, Six Sigma, and Kaizen (Certified GB is a plus).
  • •Project work experience.
