Maintenance Supervisor - Veteran Pathway

Lead, direct, and supervise maintenance technicians in a food manufacturing environment, coordinating preventative maintenance and repair schedules to reduce machine downtime. Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, plumbing, and PLC-related issues while enforcing a “Safety First” culture and ensuring compliance with SQF, GMP, and food safety standards. Partner with production and operations to support continuous improvement, maintain accurate maintenance records, and help train and develop maintenance employees.
