Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s degree or technical program certificate, or 5+ years of related experience and training, or an equivalent combination in a food manufacturing environment.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience as a maintenance lead or supervisor with direct reports, including directing, evaluating, and training maintenance technicians.
  • •Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, plumbing, and PLC systems.
  • •Experience developing and maintaining preventative maintenance programs.
  • •Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook; basic PLC knowledge required (SAP experience preferred).
