Key Responsibilities

  • •Interpret and ensure adherence to FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific supplements.
  • •Maintain oversight of national security and export control frameworks, including ITAR and EAR.
  • •Ensure systems and policies meet federal cybersecurity standards for CUI, including NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC.
  • •Review RFPs, RFIs, and solicitations to identify compliance risks and agency requirements; support pre-award proposal development and post-award deliverable execution.
  • •Schedule and document internal audits, serve as a point of contact for DCAA/DCMA, and lead corrective action planning and resolution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Public Policy, or equivalent work experience.
  • •5–8+ years of direct experience managing government contract compliance, ideally in defense, aerospace, or advanced technology contexts.
  • •Deep knowledge of FAR, DFARS, DARPA procurement processes, and DCAA compliance guidelines.
  • •Ability to translate complex regulations into clear language for scientific, engineering, and G&A colleagues.
