Job Summary

Manage and own transactional needs for a portfolio of Premium institutional clients in Global Trade Solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact, providing trade finance technical advisory and clarification on processes and transaction issues. Partner with internal services and stakeholders to ensure urgent transactions are processed to agreed SLAs, monitor client experience and service quality, and drive cost-to-serve improvements through increased digital adoption and self-serve usage.

Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the point of contact for Premium clients, supporting end-to-end client business needs.
•Provide GTS technical advisory and clarification on transactional issues, processes, and procedures.
•Partner with GTS Services, Relationship Managers, and other stakeholders to address customer issues and process urgent transactions in line with SLAs.
•Support cost-to-serve reduction by increasing clients' digital footprints and driving client query elimination; encourage self-serve adoption.
•Accountable for draw-down activities and operational readiness of transactions/facilities, including client planning where requested; monitor client experience and feedback.

Key Requirements

•Knowledge of Trade Finance structures globally, with experience in Core Trade and Guarantees.
•Knowledge of project management techniques.
•Drive and motivation to ensure successful delivery of transactions and interest in long-term client portfolio management.
•Ability to manage internal/external stakeholders (including Operations, Technology, and Client Service).
•Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint, and use of HSBC internal platforms.
