Key Responsibilities

  • •Technically own and optimize critical thin-film metrology measurement equipment used in semiconductor manufacturing to support world-class yields.
  • •Analyze equipment and process performance using data-driven statistical methods to identify trends/outliers and drive corrective actions to reduce variation.
  • •Continuously improve tool performance and optimize recipes through sustaining and innovation activities.
  • •Develop metrology recipes for new layers by working with integration teams and vendors to improve inline visibility to potential EOL issues.

Salary: EUR 59,200 - 111,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Level 8 (NFQ) or higher degree in a Science or Engineering discipline (e.g., Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechatronics, Nanotechnology, Mathematics).
  • •4+ years of experience in an equipment engineering environment or similar industry.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including hands-on equipment troubleshooting experience.
  • •Strong data analysis capabilities, including data extraction, validation, statistical analysis, and visualization (e.g., JMP or similar tools).
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication and proven ability to work autonomously while comfortable with ambiguity, in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
