Key Responsibilities

•Supervise all GSE maintenance for diesel, gasoline, de-ice trucks, and specialty vehicles.
•Lead complex repairs, engine overhauls, and system troubleshooting.
•Manage parts inventory, sourcing, and procurement to support maintenance operations.
•Provide expert technical guidance and mentor technicians at all levels.
•Ensure compliance with maintenance schedules and procedures; analyze maintenance data to improve reliability and preventive programs, including emergency repair response.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 22.33 - 37.9 hourly

Key Requirements

•5+ years of mechanical, automotive, or GSE/fleet maintenance experience, or a strong combination of mechanical aptitude and leadership.
•Proven leadership, mentoring, or project management experience.
•Expert skills in engines, hydraulics, electrical, and automotive systems.
•Experience managing diverse aviation fleets.
•Must pass a pre-employment non-DOT drug test and FAA background check; valid driver’s license required.
