Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the regional fleet allocation engine by building and improving models, logic, and decision frameworks for where fleet should be allocated, rebalanced, held, or redeployed.
  • •Build decision infrastructure including dashboards, trackers, datasets, and recurring reports for fleet availability, market needs, allocation gaps, and upcoming decisions.
  • •Model scenarios and trade-offs by quantifying options across demand, utilization, revenue, ROI, growth potential, budget constraints, operational readiness, timing, and local constraints.
  • •Turn operational, financial, and market inputs into clear recommendations that help leadership and local teams make better allocation decisions.
  • •Support planning and forecasting for annual planning, Capex planning, budget forecasting, market launches, scale-ups, and in-year fleet reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of experience in strategy and operations, business intelligence, consulting, project management, or another analytical role, preferably in a high-growth environment.
  • •Strong Excel or Google Sheets and data management skills, plus required SQL and dashboard-building experience.
  • •Ability to turn messy operational and financial data into clear recommendations, priorities, and trade-off decisions.
  • •Proven ability to support cross-functional projects from planning through execution with strong organization and follow-through.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Independent working style, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to manage multiple workstreams while escalating risks or blockers when needed.
