Job Summary

Establish and lead the Collections & Credit Control function to improve cash flow and strengthen customer credit discipline. Own end-to-end collections execution, including negotiations, escalations, and recovery actions across an assigned portfolio. Assess creditworthiness and manage credit risk through limits, terms, and continuous exposure monitoring. Provide Treasury with cash forecasts, review contracts/RFPs for collectability risk, resolve invoicing/payment disputes, and report KPIs to management.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish and lead the Collections & Credit Control function to improve cash flow and receivables collection.
•Own end-to-end collections execution, including calls, emails, meetings, and in-person client visits when needed.
•Assess creditworthiness, set credit limits/terms, and continuously monitor exposure, aging trends, and credit risk signals.
•Provide Treasury with weekly (or more frequent) cash forecasts and explain forecast vs. actual variances.
•Review contracts/RFPs and coordinate internally to remove invoicing/collections blockers and resolve invoice/payment disputes.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (professional qualifications are a plus).
•8-10 years of experience in collections, credit control, accounts receivable, or receivables risk management.
•Proven track record improving collection performance, accelerating overdue recovery, and controlling customer credit risk.
•B2B experience with contractual billing and varied payment terms.
•Strong analytical capability reviewing aging, exposure, collection trends, and forecast accuracy.
