Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end merchant experience from onboarding through ongoing lifecycle, reducing complexity at every step.
  • •Optimize global payment flows by enhancing platform capabilities such as intelligent batching, fee netting, and routing to improve settlement speed and cash velocity.
  • •Strengthen infrastructure for reliability, compliance, and liquidity management to enable accurate reconciliation and regulatory reporting.
  • •Deploy AI-native capabilities by embedding autonomous agents to interact with merchants, collect feedback, and automate workflows for smarter support and real-time visibility.
  • •Collaborate closely with product, engineering, design, and commercial teams to deliver cutting-edge capabilities at scale for a global AI-forward fintech platform.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in a high-growth environment, ideally in fintech or platform products
  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher, with strong academic performance; technical or engineering coursework a plus
  • •Technical fluency and the ability to engage confidently in architectural discussions around high-scale, mission-critical systems
  • •Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate product strategy across technical and non-technical teams
  • •Analytical rigour: a sharp eye for detail, structured problem-solving skills, and a data-driven mindset
