Operations Engineer, Applied AI (Application Software)

Partner with internal programs to explore platforms and design strategies for integrating large language models into products and infrastructure. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering from early exploration through implementation, building prototypes and proof-of-concepts using tools like Spok/Grok. Develop robust system designs, support system-on-system architecture, and stay current on LLM techniques, best practices, and tooling—prioritizing safety and responsible deployment.
