Engineering Manager, Atlas Clusters Fleet Signal Management

Lead a software engineering team building and maintaining large-scale, distributed backend systems for MongoDB Atlas. You’ll design, implement, and improve fleet signal management tooling that automates rollout, detects regressions at scale, and supports on-call incident response.
