Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop bespoke IM strategies and workflows aligned with industry best practices, including contract- and appointment-related documentation.
  • •Lead rollout of IM methodologies across programmes and projects to ensure client, design-team, and contractor adoption.
  • •Perform technical assurance including structured model reviews, clash detection, and data analysis to mitigate delivery risks.
  • •Facilitate workshops and act as a digital ambassador for digital services with project partners and stakeholders.
  • •Support commercial activities by creating bid proposals, writing business cases, and contributing to internal documentation and quality processes.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years in an IM Manager role, preferably in consultancy environments with project lifecycle experience focused on assets.
  • •Deep working knowledge of BS EN ISO 19650 and the IMI Framework (UK BIM Framework) and related information management standards.
  • •Proficiency in 3D authoring tools such as Revit or ArchiCAD for interrogation.
  • •Expertise with clash detection and model checking tools including Solibri and Navisworks.
  • •Strong experience with CDE platforms such as Autodesk Forma (formerly ACC), Mfiles, and Maximo; ability to validate model data including COBie requirements.
